WELL, HELLO THERE
Welcome to the website of the Communication Graduate Students' Association (CGSA) of the University of Ottawa
Whether you're a current or prospective graduate student, a professor or member of our University community, or an Alumni or partner, we're excited that you're here. Our website is designed to be a key resource for graduate students in the Department of Communication at the University of Ottawa. It's also a platform for sharing our students' and professors' successes and work.
Take a look around - if something is missing, let us know!

In addition to departmental resources, we've also compiled a list of resources offered by the University
THE CGSA
The Communication Graduate Students' Association is responsible for organizing and supporting the organization of academic and social events for graduate students in the Department of Communication. We also report to the department on the graduate student experience and represent graduate students at important departmental meetings.
Want to get involved? Interested in attending an event? Learn more about what we do below.

INTERCOMM
InterCOMM brings together graduate students in Communication (M.A., M.Comm, and Ph.D) doing research in all departmental specializations including health, media, organizational, and government communications.
The annual conference is an excellent opportunity for current students to interact, share thoughts, and get an idea of the research being conducted in their fields of interest.
STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES
In addition to courses and research, pursuing a graduate degree is about more than sitting in a classroom or typing away at a computer screen. There are lots of opportunities for graduate students to maximize their academic potential and get the most of their degree by participating in conferences, workshops, internships.
