InterCOMM

InterCOMM is an annual bilingual student conference that brings together graduate students in Communication (M.A., M.Comm, and Ph.D) doing research in all departmental specializations, including health, media, organizational, and government communications.

The conference is an excellent opportunity for current students to interact, share thoughts, and get an idea of the research being conducted in their fields of interest.

INTERCOMM 2022

On January 27 and 28, 2022, InterCOMM brought together both graduate students in Communication (M.A., M.Comm, and Ph.D) and undergraduate students doing research in all departmental specializations including health, media, organizational, and government communications for the second in a virtual synchronous format.

The theme for this year's conference was “Beyond All Limits // Au delà de toutes les limites”.

The choice of conference theme was driven by the unique ways in which we, as students, employees, family members, and humans, have overcome the communication challenges presented to us over the past two years. The act of communicating has had to evolve much more quickly than expected, and in unexpected ways. We therefore chose to use this year's conference as a celebration of endurance, strength, community, and revolution.
